As a home health provider serving Webb and Zapata Counties, we provide skilled nursing, therapy and medical social work to all patients eligible under a physician’s plan of care, without regard to race, color, national origin, age, disability or sex. Free language assistance services

Accessibility for patients with disabilities
We provide appropriate auxiliary aids and services — at no cost — to communicate effectively with patients who have speech, vision, hearing or cognitive disabilities, so that decisions about home health care can be made with full understanding and consent.
Filing a grievance
If you believe that First Aide Home Care has failed to provide these services or discriminated in any other way, you may file a grievance in person, by mail, fax, or email with our Privacy Officer. You may also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights, electronically through the OCR Complaint Portal, or by mail or phone at:
