Privacy & referral information notice
This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you share through this website — what we collect, what we never store, and the safest way to send medical details to our team.
Please protect your privacy: do not send diagnoses, medical records, Medicare or insurance numbers, or Social Security numbers through this website or by email. Ordinary email is not encrypted. Call us at 956.725.AIDE (2433) and a nurse will take those details securely.
What the referral form collects
The referral request form asks only for what we need to call you back: your name, your relationship to the patient, a phone number, an email address, the patient's first name, and a short note about the kind of care you are looking for.
Where that information goes
When you press send, the form opens your own email program with a pre-filled message addressed to patientcare@firstaidehomecare.com. You review it and send it yourself. Nothing you type is saved on this website, stored in a database, or transmitted to our servers.
The only thing our servers receive is an anonymous spam-protection token that confirms you are a person rather than an automated script. It carries no personal information.
What we do not do
We do not store form submissions, we do not sell or share your information, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not save your name, phone number, or email in your browser. Autocomplete is turned off on every referral field so shared or family computers do not remember what you typed.
Technical information we keep
To keep the site online and safe from abuse, our systems log basic technical details such as the page address and the time of a request. Visitor IP addresses are converted into an irreversible code before they are recorded, and automated filters remove any email addresses or phone numbers that appear in error messages.
Once you become a patient
Health information collected during admission and care is protected under HIPAA and is handled through our clinical systems and written Notice of Privacy Practices — not through this website. Ask any member of our staff for a copy, in English or Spanish.
